Roger started his journey with Business Information Group’s Wireless division, BIG Wireless, in May of 2007. As the Vice President of Service Delivery & Field Services, he provides strategic leadership, management, and the vision necessary to ensure BIG has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and personnel systems in place to operate efficiently and effectively.

Roger is responsible for BIG’s 24/7/365 NOC and Help Desk services, as well as subcontractor and vendor contracts and industry safety compliance. With over 20 years of financial and operational management experience in the IT and distribution industries, Roger has managed multiple projects for Fortune 100 companies in the cable operator, utilities, and telecommunication industries.

He has led collaborative efforts to identify and implement ITIL standards across the enterprise and has managed a diverse and geographically remote staff to meet customer SLA’s in response and on-site arrival time.

Roger is presently serving as Wifinium’s COO.

John has spent the last 20 years leading a nationwide wireless specialized practice and has become a recognized leader in the industry. Starting with municipal wireless in the early 2000’s, he has led his team as the Executive Architect on leading edge wireless initiatives including: Comcast/Xfinity nationwide Wi-Fi deployment and strategy, Exelon ConEdison and PPL Smartgrid Wireless Initiatives, State of Maryland Microwave and Edge Device Deployment, Siemens, Nokia, IBM and Johnson Controls Wireless SME Advisor, Comcast Stadium, Venue, Transit and Multi-Tenant Wi-Fi Strategy.

John has extensive experience in converged technology solutions and leads a team of SMEs in all functions of technology solutions including advanced routing, cybersecurity, IoT, wireless, application development, building automation and mobility. In addition to Executive Architect and business leader, he provides guidance to the Economic Development Department for the State of Pennsylvania, York County and York City, on the implementation of technology for business development. John also sits on the York College Advisory Council for Technology Curriculum Development.

John currently holds the position of CEO at Wifinium.

Carter is a seasoned finance professional with an impressive track record spanning over 25 years. His expertise encompasses operational finance, company analysis, capital raising, and deal structuring. Notably, as the former CFO of Tristrux, he played a pivotal role in achieving a remarkable 5x return within just 5 years, working closely with the founder to orchestrate this success. Under his leadership, Tristrux flourished, becoming a prominent national telecommunications construction services company through strategic expansion and acquisition efforts. He eventually spearheaded the successful sale of Tristrux to a major private equity firm.

Beyond his CFO role, Carter’s career includes founding partner and head of research at Inox Capital, where he honed his strategic finance and company analysis skills. He also brings valuable capital raising and deal structuring and execution experience from his time in investment banking at prestigious firms like ABN-Amro, Solomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup), and Bear Stearns (now J.P. Morgan), focusing on leveraged finance and M&A advisory.

Carter’s collaborative approach with operational leaders has been instrumental in navigating the complexities of business growth. He excels in constructing operational platforms to drive company scalability and overcoming strategic and operational hurdles to enhance growth and value. His educational background includes a BA from Colgate University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Carter lives in Westport, CT, with his wife and three children, and serves as an Advisor at Wifinium.

Varun boasts over two decades of global operating experience, initially ascending as an Executive within a Fortune 20 company and later transitioning into the realm of SaaS Entrepreneurship.

As the Founder and CEO of FourQ Systems, Varun pioneered the foremost SaaS platform tailored for Multinational corporations grappling with intricate Intercompany accounting, tax, and treasury challenges. Under his stewardship, FourQ experienced exponential growth, achieving an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) nearing $20 million. In a landmark move, Varun orchestrated the successful acquisition of FourQ by Blackline for a total consideration of $240 million in January 2022. Prior to embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Varun amassed a remarkable 16-year tenure as a finance executive at General Electric Company. His tenure at GE fostered a global career spanning over 20 countries and encompassing diverse roles across various divisions.

Varun brings a distinctive perspective to the table, having served in dual capacities: initially as a CFO buyer and decision maker, followed by assuming the role of CEO within an enterprise SaaS entity targeting the office of the CFO. Leveraging his profound expertise in Finance, Varun seamlessly communicates the ‘language of the CFO,’ having personally navigated the trajectory towards automation, transformation, and enhanced productivity within the finance function, prevalent across companies of all scales worldwide.

With extensive deal-making prowess, Varun has spearheaded numerous acquisitions, dispositions, and spin-offs ranging from $50 million to over $2 billion in value.
